Arbuckle and Keaton, 1919, Comique: a strongman quits, the troupe walks out, and Fatty and Buster have to put the show on themselves. Charles Swain, Jack Coogan Sr. Directed by Arbuckle. The falling set, the collapsing balcony, Keaton already a body that treats a stage as a trap. It is the short in which you can see Keaton learning from Arbuckle what a two-reeler is for. Not gags in a row, a machine that breaks in public.
