A janitor fired for dropping a bucket on the boss stops a manager robbing the safe, in a chase that runs up and down an elevator, and takes the gun by accident. It is the first Keystone in which the audience is meant to be on Chaplin's side, and the way he holds the gun suggests he knows it. 1914, one reel.
